What Am I Wearing Today – Maybelline Colossal Kohl Turquoise Inspired Look

Hey Everyone,

Thanks to all of you for your love and beautiful comments to my Aishwarya Rai Inspired look this week, I can’t resist going back to the post to read your comments again and again. Though, I have been keeping a little busy so couldn’t reply back but I will. :). Today I have another inspired makeup look for all of you to judge whether I have been able to do justice to the same, it is the poster image of Maybelline Colossal Kohl Turquoise.

Again the highlight of the look is eyes, lined with the vibrant teal blue liner with an extended wing and muted brown lips. The lipstick shade looks closer to Maybelline My Mahagony but I sold it off in a blog sale so couldn’t compare and have to work with this pink toned peachy brown shade, Tender Pink from L’Oreal (My favorite MLBB shade these days).

The rest of the face was kept pretty neutral with naturally dewy skin and highlighting the high points of the face. Nothing works better than MAC face and Body Foundation to gives me such glowing skin, for highlighting I opted for Colorbar Illuminator on the top of cheek bone, forehead and nose, I detected some earthy brown blush so used Colorbar Just Earth Powder blush but it turned out to be more peachy when compared :-/. (Another mismatch)

I wanted to pose like the girl in poster so after doing the face it’s time to paint the nails with a bright metallic peacock blue shade and yes I had one similar nail color from Maybelline, Maybelline Express Finish Nail Color – Turquoise. 

Tadaa… i am done!! pose…click.. pose…. click.. uummm once more!! 😉
