My experience with Maybelline Color Sensational Lip Liner – Midnight Plum- 

Midnight plum is a dark raspberry toned plum lip liner with warm undertones. The shade is absolutely matte and its medium soft formula glides nicely on my lips. The lip liner provides a great base Plum and berry toned lipsticks and also prevents lipsticks from moving to some extent.

Swatch:-

The color-payoff is good and doesn’’ require more than 2 swipes to give a rich plummy pink color to lips. On its own it feels drying on lips and accentuates fine lines so dry lips must pair it with a lip balm. The staying power of this lip liner is however better than its rest of the shades. The lip liner starts smearing and fades from the centre of lips post-meals but isn’t gone completely and leaves a beautiful berry pink tint on lips.

Cons Maybelline Color Sensational Lip Liner- Midnight Plum:-

Recommendation:- Maybelline Color Sensational Lip Liner Midnight Plum is dark raspberry plum shade. The shade is quite close to Diana of London Lip liner in Raspberry but Midnight Plum has more plum while Raspberry is pinkier and brighter when compared. The warmth of the color makes it suitable for winters but was expecting much better formula from Maybelline
