Patanjali Kesh Kanti Anti-Dandruff Shampoo
Patanjali Products are one of the most selling natural skincare products in India. And to find out if they actually work I bought some from a nearby store. I have been testing Patanjali Products for almost a month now and today I am going to review another raved one from the range, Patanjali Kesh Kanti Anti-Dandruff Shampoo. Let’s see if this work as good as it claims, Patanjali Kesh Kanti Anti-Dandruff Shampoo.
Video review on my channel:

- Prevents hair fall, removes dandruff, dirt from hair and scalp.
Directions for Use: Apply 2-3 ml on wet hair and massage gently, leave for 1-2 minutes and rinse off.

Packaging: Patanjali Kesh Kanti Anti-Dandruff Shampoo comes in a sturdy white colored plastic bottle with a flip top purple cap. There are rims on the sides of the bottle which gives a good grip while holding the bottle. The cap shuts tightly to avoid any leakage but it is a little filmy and doesn’t stay in place until pushed.
My Experience with Patanjali Kesh Kanti Anti-Dandruff Shampoo :
Patanjali Kesh Kanti Anti-Dandruff Shampoo is a light green colored shampoo with pearly sheen. It has medium thick consistency which applies nicely onto scalp.
The first thing I noticed in the shampoo after its color is its super strong scent. The shampoo has a strong balm like scent which can give headache to anyone. Also, the fragrance doesn’t go away easily and lasts for good 6-7 hours (even more) on hair post hair-wash.
The shampoo lather well and cleanses away all the dirt and oil from the scalp. But the formula is quite harsh and it also rips hair of the natural moisture making them all dry and rough. Without a conditioner my hair feels like a hay, Super dry and thick. I paired it a heavy conditioner but still my hair didn’t feel as smooth and soft as they used to.
It claims to contain Herbal Ingredients but the quantity is very less and also they have used a surfactant base which I feel is SLES, so even though it is herbal it is a Sulfate based shampoo which can be very drying.
Patanjali Kesh Kanti Anti-Dandruff Shampoo is affordably priced but it doesn’t do any good to my hair. I don’t see any different in dandruff and hairfall. Rather I lost the nice texture of my hair due to this. 🙁 . The formula is too harsh to be put on hair!!
Recommendation: Patanjali Kesh Kanti Anti-Dandruff Shampoo is claimed to be a herbal shampoo which will work on reducing dandruff, hairfall and controlling itchiness of scalp and Blah .. blah. It does a good job at cleansing the scalp but the formula is so drying that it leaves hair feeling like dried, dead grass. It smells horrible and in spite of all the herbal ingredients which are present in tiny amount it is a Sulfate based shampoo. It doesn’t do anything for me. Total waste of money!! Not Recommended.

Have you tried Patanjali Kesh Kanti Anti-Dandruff Shampoo? Which is your favorite Patanjali Product?
I too used Patanjali shampoos and they dry out my hair very much. They contain an excess of sulphates.
Never use patanjali shampoo. They are worst for dry hair.
