I have told it a hundred times already that I am big fan of colored liners and after composing the post on Best Creamy Eye Shadow Crayons available in India, I found it hard to control my urge to buy them. So, during my one of the super quick trips to Sephora.. 5 minutes or so (You now how it is husbands when you enter Sephora.. He literally drags me out  🙁 ). But to cut the long story short lets add a little more color to your life and your eyes with this pretty Sephora Jumbo Liner 12HR wear Waterproof Pencil Green.

Packaging: Sephora Jumbo Eye shadow crayon as the name says is a chubby eye pencil in sharpen-able form. It has a black body with a plastic cap and colored bottom for easy identification of the shade. I would have liked it even more if the whole body was color coded, for messy girlz like me who are always in hurry that would have made it super easy to pick up the shade. There is slight issue with the cap and it is not super tight so be careful while throwing it directly in the bag.

My Experience with Sephora Jumbo Liner 12HR wear Waterproof Pencil Green:

Shade: Sephora Jumbo Liner Green is a bright moss green shade with a pearly metallic sheen. The shade quite bold which gives an instant pop of color to my eyes but I don’t think everybody will fall for it, though I really enjoy the vibrancy and freshness of this shade. It is a unique green shade which not easily available across brands.

Formula: Sephora Crayon is super creamy to apply and goes evenly and smoothly on lids without any tugging or pulling. It feels like butter melting on lids but doesn’t crumble during application. The formula gives enough time to blend it on the crease when used as an eye shadow after which it sets to a smudge proof finish.

Pigmentation: Sephora crayon is super-duper pigmented and just one swipe gives a rich color pay off and absolutely opaque color coverage.

Staying Power: The formula holds up really well for me and given few seconds to set it is set for whole day. When used as liner it is resistant to creasing and fading and there is slight transfer after 6 hours on me but it stays pretty much intact without fading for 12 hours as I have tested. Though, it starts creasing as early as 4 hours of application on oily lids when used as eye shadow without a primer.

This Jumbo pencil reminded me of the NYX jumbo eye pencils but it performs way better as it doesn’t crease or fade off like NYX ones but Sephora is quite expensive comparatively

It’s multi-purpose product which can be used as an eye liner, eye shadow or an eye shadow base. As these are jumbo crayon so don’t expect to get that precise thin line look but they work easily to get that thick edgy line look. Though, it can used with an Angled liner brush, just like a gel liner to draw the eyes the way you want!

Recommendation:  Sephora Jumbo Liner 12HR wear Waterproof Pencil Green is a beautiful bright green eye liner with a lovely metallic sheen. The texture is buttery smooth which glides effortlessly on lids giving a smooth, even application. Sephora Jumbo eye pencil can be used as eye liner or can be blended as an eye shadow. The incredibly pigmented formula gives intense color in a single swipe which lasts pretty much whole day without any significant creasing or fading. The range has a mix of matte and shimmery shades but not all of them are available in India. Overall excellent quality for the price paid, I am definitely adding more of these in my makeup vault. Highly Recommended!
