For intimate hygiene it is important to change your underclothes atleast twice a day and use plenty of water..

For intimate hygiene one must use separate towels and not wear tight fitting clothes as this could lead to irritation. I agree with Prachi on the change of clothes at least twice a day. :)

Washing intimate area with intimate wash is very essential and using separate towel is also needed. Washing intimate area at least 3 times during mensuration can help in preventing infections. I follow them religiously :)

You should change your sanitary ware 3 to 4 times a day, and more frequently when the flow is heavy.
Cleanliness is very important but women shouldn't over use soap as it causes an imbalance in the ph levels. Plain water is preferable as is an intimate wash.

I believe women in olden days never ever used anything specifically for their intimate hygiene .. With the advent of products like V wash we are exposed to something which is of utmost importance for a woman especillay during her monthly cycles .
