Packaging:- Sally Hansen nail paints comes in long cylinderical bottle with a metal finished gray applicator handle. The name of the shades is pasted on the top the cap which makes them easy to pick from the stash. The brush is decently packed and flat shaped bristles. The long neck of the bottle makes it easy to get rid of the excess color from the brush.

My experience with Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Xtreme Wear Nail Color Bubblegum Pink:-

Bubblegum Pink is a cool toned candy pink nail color with high dose extremely fine silver shimmers. The nail paint appears to be a cream finish and the shimmers go undetected unless clicked with flash or looked closer.

The consistency is a bit thicker than Pacific Blue which gives it a smoother first coat but goes on a little streaky. The formula is well-pigmented and goes almost opaque in 2 coats. The color is distributed almost equally on the nail bed but the streakiness is not completely smoothened out even with 2nd coat and I could the natural nail color sneaking along the brush strokes. The key to make this work for you is limiting the number of brush strokes, which will reduce the streaks hence a smoother finish.

The best thing about these nail paints is, they dry super quick even with 2-3 coats, so no need to worry about ending up in impression nail look. It settles to a creamy glossy finish which is my favorite finish in nail paints. The texture can be compared to Lotus Herbals Color Dew Nail Enamels but it dries faster and last longer than them.

NOTD- Excuse the horrible cuticles 🙂

With Flash – Notice the shimmers

The Sally Hansen nail paint stayed nice and glossy for 4-5 days without any top or base coat, no chipping just slight fading from nail

Pros of Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Nail Color Bubblegum Pink:-

  1. Contains subtle shimmers
  2. Good color payoff
  3. Goes opaque in two coats
  4. Fast dry formula
  5. Stays amazingly well
  6. No chipping
  7. Easy on Pocket
  8. Perfect spring/summer shade

Cons of Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Nail Color Bubblegum Pink:-

  1. Slightly streaky finish

Recommendation:- Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Xtreme Wear Nail Color Bubblegum Pink is a gorgeous shimmery pink nail color. It goes on smoothly, giving opaque coverage in just 2 coats but it doesn’t give the most even coverage and I could see  streaks along the brush strokes. The tiny shimmer particles makes it even more beautiful. I just love this shade, one of my favorite pinks. Highly Recommended

Rating:- 4.5/5
