Poo u dont needto buy a black lipstick dear!! Just line your lips with a new non smudging black kohl which u havent used yet..apply a sticky colourless lipgloss on your lips n apply a highly pigmented matte black shadow over it,with a lipbrush apply it well till it sets to a neat even finish
