Sonam Kapoor: Cannes 2014 Looks
Hello Everyone,
Today I will taking a dif at the Sonam Kapoor recent appearances on the red Carpet at Cannes Film Festival as L’Oreal Paris India brand ambassador .
** Do you find something unusual about her first pic here.. 😛
She sashayed down the red carper in a black vintage style voluminous gown by Elie Saab at the 67th Cannes Film Festival in her first appearance. Her faux bob hair do with flapper girl waves and minimal accessories, just the earrings did look pretty nice. She opted for a bold red lip color and lush lashes on the makeup front. She looked lovely in the ensemble but something was a miss. May be I am just bored of her usual Hollywood inspired hairstyles and looks. I would like to see a normal hair do on her next vintage look. 😛
Sonam Kapoor went traditional on the second day of her appearance at the Cannes Film Festival and wowed everyone with her desi look in a pale pink net saree by Anamika Khanna much like last year where she donned sari with a shimmery jacket. She looked stunning with a choker neckpiece made by her mother Sunita Kapoor and color coordinated ferragamo clutch and Jimmy choo shoes to finish up the look. She kept her hair open, Center parted hair are not my personal favorite but she pulled them off elegantly. On Makeup front, she did a soft smokey eyes paired with a muted lip color. I loved her dramatic winged eye liner from last year appearance but here looked a bit dull and tired this time, her look .

I liked her traditional avatar more over the vintage Hollywood style! Now, waiting for Aishwarya rai to walk the Red carpet and come under the scanner.. :D!!
