Matte or Metallic- Faces Canada Long Wear Eye Pencils in Brown  Comparison

Today I am comparing two brown eye liners from my favorite  colored eye pencils brand “Faces Canada”.

1. Faces Canada Long Wear Eye Pencil Solid Brown
   
2. Faces Canada Long Wear Eye Pencil Metal Brown
   

1. Faces Canada Long Wear Eye Pencil Metal Brown – A dark woody brown shade with fine specks of golden, bronze shimmers which gives a glistening effect to the eyes.

2. Faces Canada Long Wear Eye Pencil Solid Brown –  A dark muddy brown shade in matte finish which comes up as a nice coffee brown eye shadow on eyes.

Both of them have buttery smooth texture and are extremely soft and creamy to touch. They glides effortlessly over eyes and have excellent color pay off which Gives an opaque finish in a single swipe and sets quickly to a smudge free finish that lasts whole day with hardly any smearing or fading.

Earlier they used to be priced at Rs249 but now there is steep rise in their price and now they will cost Rs349. oouucchhh!! but I still find them best in price 😛

Comparing to Faces Metal Brown Eye Pencil “Solid Brown”, Metal Brown has rich earthy brown tones and appears much browner than the former. Metal brown tends to move towards bronzy brown due to the presences of fine copper-bronze colored shimmers. Both look fabulous on eyes. I love both of the but if I have to pick one it will be Metal Brown for its lovely metallic finish!!!
