My experience with Essence Blush Up Pink Flow Powder Blush:-

Shade : Pink Flow is a pretty medium pink blush with a color gradient from light baby pink to darker pink which gives it an ombre look. The blush doesn’t have any blue tones and I love the way it looks on my warm NC 40 skin tone. It is true pink blush with no peachy tone and looks gorgeous on warm skin tones.

Texture: Essence Blush Up Powder Blush has satiny smooth texture and finely milled formula. The powder is really soft as when the blush is rolled over on the pan a lot of product gets kicked out but it good to see that it doesn’t have hard chalky texture common in drugstore blushes.

Pigmentation: The formula is intensely pigmented especially the darker shade. The color is well balanced by the lighter and darker pinks in the pan to give a medium wearable pink color to the cheeks when picked up with a brush. Owing to its soft texture, it blends out easily without going patchy. So, I needn’t worry if you apply with heavy hand just blend out a little more for a soft pink color on cheeks.

Finish: Pink flow looks almost matte in the pan but if observed closely one can detect the microscopic shimmers blended in the formula which gives a gorgeous satin finish on cheeks. The shimmers are super fine and are barely visible, creating an illusion of healthy pinkish sheen on the cheeks. Also, they don’t emphasize pores at all.

Staying Power: Essence blush has an amazing wear time and lasts easily for 5 hours on me without any base and considerable fading. With a base underneath the wear time enhances by another 2-3 hours. So, you can just stop worrying about the blush ditching your cheeks in between a party as this is gonna be on your cheeks from start to end.

Recommendation:- Essence Blush Up Pink Flow Powder Blush is a pretty ombre pink blush where color transcend from lighter baby pink to dark candy pink in the pan. The formula has satin smooth feel and finely milled silver shimmers that gives a lovely sheen to the cheeks on application. The blush is heavily pigmented but texture is soft and blendable which makes it easy to sheer it out on cheeks. It blends amazingly well and never looks patchy. I have “Heat Wave”, combination of Orange and Pink in the pan on my wish list next. Overall, a great quality blush for the price provided. Highly Recommended!
