Tame Your Tresses: BBlunt Climate Control Anti Frizz Leave In Cream

BBlunt Climate Control Anti Frizz Leave In Cream

Hello Dolls,

I have never been a fan of leave in products because I was worried about the silicons and the build up that makes hair brittle in the end but lately I am getting obsessed with them because on lazy hair wash days (which is pretty much everytime) I tend to skip the conditioner and to gain back the smooth shiny hair I follow up with a leave in Serum or Oil. I was using Roots Professional Morocvita Argan Oil  which I received in August Fab Bag and then I switched to this, BBlunt Climate Control Anti Frizz Leave In Cream last month.

Product Claims: This versatile cream ensures your hair looks great, however hot,dry or humid it gets out there. It enhances natural movement, smoothens and leaves you in charge, whatever the weather.

Price: Rs.450 for 150gm

Packaging: BBlunt Climate Control Anti Frizz Leave In Cream comes in a stylish black colored plastic bottle with a pump dispenser. BBlunt products have interesting packaging and this one is no exception. The packaging isn’t quite sturdy and can’t be carried along because one of my bottle crushed during shipping even though it was bubble wrapped nicely.

My experience with BBlunt Climate Control Anti Frizz Leave In Cream:-

BBlunt Climate Control Anti Frizz Leave In Cream is white colored cream with a thin, almost runny consistency. The texture is extremely lightweight and immediately disappears into the hair. I have used it heavily on my hair strands and it still didn’t weigh them down which is amazing. It gets absorbed quickly into the hair giving them hydration and making them feel smoother to touch. It doesn’t make hair oily / greasy and works beautifully on my oily scalp and dry hair situation.

The formula isn’t super nourishing and I feel if you have super dry hair you might want more moisture and shine. It works nicely for slightly dry and frizzy hair but if your hair is very dry this won’t work for you. I did notice a subtle sheen but it doesn’t add much of a shine to them like some of the leave in Serum/Oils does.

It has a noticeable strong floral scent which smells really nice and lasts pretty much whole day. I am always asked what I have applied.. I smell so good!! whenever I walk out with this leave-in Cream.. so Yayy!!

Considering the price tag it is still quite affordable compared to other which all range in around Rs 1000- Rs 2000

Results: Coming back to the claims, lets see how it performs on me:

  • Anti Frizz: It does smooth out my hair and tame flyways. It controls frizz to some extent as well. I don’t have very frizzy hair and if you have super-frizzy this may not deliver spectacular results.
  • Heat Styling: I use hair dryer sometimes and it is always better to coat them with some protectant before using heat so that the hair strand doesn’t get damaged. I won’t say it makes styling hair easy but it does make an affordable hair protectant if you are on a budget.

Recommendation: BBlunt Climate Control Anti Frizz Leave In Cream is light weight moisturizing cream with an easy to apply thin texture. It has a lovely floral scent which doesn’t go unnoticed. It never feels heavy or weighs down hair even if applied excessively. It does control frizz and makes hair feels smoother but won’t instantly make them silky smooth. It is great for normal-dry hair in humid weather conditions but won’t work for extremely dry frizzy hair. It is not a super awesome stuff but I like the way how easily it tames my frizz and makes hair smoother and softer without burning a whole my pocket.
