Bye Bye Cuticles with Wikka Hand Nourish
Hello Everyone,
Today, I am going to review another product from Wikka Potion of Aromatherapy range. I have been using it since a month now and I would to share how it performed on me. So, lets checkout why I love it, Wikka Hand Nourish
Product Claims: Whether gripping a steering wheel or scrubbing dishes, hands are the workhorses of the body. They are exposed to sunlight, extreme temperatures, and a lot of wear and tear. So they deserve the best even in care. Treat your hands to WIKKAs Avocado Hand Nourish.
- High levels of natural anti-oxidants and essential fatty acids found within the Cocoa Butter nuts buttery contents have proven extremely effective for moisturizing and repairing damaged skin.
- Lemon has a strong, purifying, citrus scent that is revitalizing and uplifting.
- Patchouli and Avocado Oil have a relaxing effect on the skin of the well-worn hand.
- The Hand Nourish leaves the skin of the hand feeling nurtured and cared for with a never before radiance. Not oily in consistency, the nourish can be applied on legs and arms too for the same shine giving your body a natural glow.
Direction for Use: Take an adequate about of Hand Nourish and rub it into your hands till the blend absorbs completely.
Key Ingredients: Beeswax, Cocoa Butter, Avocado Oil.
Essential Oils: Lavender, Patchouli, Lemon.
Price: Rs.950 for 40gms
Packaging: Wikka Hand Nourish comes in a small over shaped clear plastic jar with a screw lid. The packaging is pretty basic but it doesn’t look cheap. Also, considering the consistency of the product I guess only jar would have been the possible way to store it.
My experience with Wikka Hand Nourish:
Wikka Hand Nourish has a balmy buttery texture which melts instantly on application. It reminds me of the “frozen Ghee” which melts with the slightest heat and same goes with this Hand Nourish.
It applies easily and nourishes hand beautifully. It isn’t heavy or greasy like the usual creams but it does feel slippery owing to the oily formula which takes some time to disappear. My hands felt soft, smooth and nourished with this.
The formula is infused with Avocado and Cocoa butter and a blend of essential oils. It has a lavender fragrance but isn’t too strong and fades within few minutes of application.
I have been using it as a hand cream day and night for about 2-3 weeks and it very well takes care of the dryness issues but nothing extra ordinary. It is average as a hand cream but I love it as a cuticle treatment because I can see a visible difference in my cuticles condition. I have the worst cuticles ever and nothing seemed to work on them but this Hand Nourish changed the life for me. I won’t say my cuticles are completely gone but they are more than 80% healed and my cuticle area looks better again. (Time for a Nailfie)
Recommendation: Wikka Hand Nourish is an all natural formulation with a blend of natural butters and essential oils. The texture is soft buttery which melts quickly into the skin but it has an oily feel which leaves a slippery finish post application. It does a good job of moisturizing hands but I like it better as a cuticle treatment. It did a great job of curing my cuticles with its magic formula. It is quite expensive for a hand cream but if you don’t want any bad stuff on your hands, do give this a shot! Recommended!
