Something has changed within me.. Some more change is definitely needed.. 🙏#throwback to the Happy Christmas times when we could still go out without any fear or worries.. 🎄😭 I can say that, while I have been AWAY I have been working on myself to make myself a bit better than who I was.. I started with MY #FOOD first and here is the list of things I don't eat any more and I can say that I don't regret it.. (Well laddoos in some weak moments I do regret but I have had a lot of them.. So I can live with that) 1. ONION - Yes, I stopped putting them in curries, choles, paneer, everything.. I have been doing this for almost a year now and my body feels so good without them.. 😊 2. GARLIC - Though I have never been a fan of them in vegetables.. I just keep them away from my system as far as possible. 3. DAIRY- This has been a game changer for me. I used to be a milk lover and paneer fan but after watching what cows have to go through to provide us with milk, I literally cried and I just couldn't take that they have to go through that immense torture just Bcz of us. Left it there n then #NOREGRETS. 4.GHEE - Yes ghee also comes from dairy and it is no good. It might be contaminated with cows blood and puss😑. I definitely don't want to feed me and my kids on something so horrendous.I do stay away from Tea and coffee as well but the only thing that I am trying to separate from is #Redchilli. I like my food a bit spicy and trust me I am working on it.PS: Except dairy I might have those things once in a while like once in 6 months or so when we are out or with extended family but not at home 99% of the times. 🙈Well, that's my rant for the day.. 🤗Let me know how have you changed in yourself or what are you planning to do in these #ChallengingTimes#BEINGHUMAN is a huge possibility - By Sadhguru
