Today I will be review one of my favorite blue eye liner, its Faces Canada Long Wear Eye Pencil – Navy Blue.

My experience with Faces Canada Long Wear Eye Pencil – Navy Blue:
Navy Blue is a deep dark blue shade without any shimmers or silver specks. It a rich royal blue shade that can prove to be a good substitute for monotonous black eye liner.It isn’t a sparkling bright shade but an intense matte blue shade which makes my eyes look brighter and clear.
The pencil is soft and creamy which feels gentle on eyes and glides smoothly over the lids without any tugging or pulling. The pencil is highly pigmented and shows up well in a single swipe. It can be smudged lightly to get a soft smoky look but this should be done immediately after application else it will set and wouldn’t budge.
The pencil is creamy but once set it stays on eyes until removed with a creamy or oil based cleanser.
