PAC Cosmetics Master Stroke Brushes 04 and 05 Review
I have new tooth brushes my collection.. 😀 :D.. That might be your thought when you see these Tooth brush shaped makeup brushes but these are the uniquely designed PAC Cosmetics Master Stroke Brushes. I have already reviewed PAC Cosmetics Master Stroke Brush 06 which makes a good contouring brush. Today, I have few more brushes from the range PAC Cosmetics Master Stroke Brushes 04 and 05
- PAC Cosmetics Master Stroke Brushes 04: The PAC master stroke 4 applies blush beautifully to the apple of the cheek and blends it so that the application looks natural and healthy.
- PAC Cosmetics Master Stroke Brushes 05: THE MASTER STROKE M05 is a great brush to facilitate application to a particular portion of the FACE , like the PRECISE CONTOURING . This brush is great for applying concealer to the area under or around the eye. Or, to place a highlight on the brow bone
Packaging: PAC Cosmetics Master Stroke Brushes come in sturdy black cardboard boxes with smooth matte finish. There is a clear window on the top so I can see the brush number it contains. The brushes are all black in a glossy finish but with a rubber grip in the middle for more control The handles are made of plastic with a flexi neck which helps in distributing the pressure but sometimes I feel I am going it break it 😀
My experience with PAC Cosmetics Master Stroke Brushes 04 and 05
PAC Cosmetics have come with a full collection of Master Stroke Brushes which includes 10 makeup brushes and will help you do full face makeup just with those brushes. I got 2 from the range and these are the PAC Cosmetics Master Stroke Brushes 04 and 05.
PAC Cosmetics Master Stroke Brush 04: #04 is a medium sized oval brush with densely packed bristles. The brush is great for applying blushes and I loved how it worked with powder blushes giving a very smooth, blended and even look. I don’t have any cream blush with me but I am sure it can be used with them also. Though it took me a while to get used to the technique to apply blush using this but I am impressed with the results. Even with the pigmented blushes it gave a very soft diffused look so it’s a Yayy! I also used it for blending the under eye concealer and it did a good job but I feel the bristles aren’t as soft on the delicate under eye area.
PAC Cosmetics Master Stroke Brush 05: #05 is a small oval shaped brush. The brush is designed to do blend the concealer and to define the contouring. The shape is slightly smaller to be used for under eye area and takes time to blend in the concealer. For more pigmented concealers, it diffused the pigment and didn’t give that full coverage look. Also, the bristles could have been softer for the delicate under eye area as it feels a bit scratchy. I love it more as a Cheek Contour defining brush. I pick the powder and dab it under my cheeks for that chiseled cheek look. It also did a good job for brow bone highlight. The brush works better with powder products than cream ones.
Recommendation:PAC Cosmetics Master Stroke Brushes are a great affordable option to experience the unique tooth brush design in makeup brushes compared to the expensive Artis and MAC brushes. The brushes are well made with densely packed bristles and flexi neck but I do feel they could have been softer especially for the eye area. The PAC Cosmetics Master Stroke Brush 04 makes a great blush brush and PAC Cosmetics Master Stroke 05 is perfect to get that precise contour. It takes time to get used to their application technique but the results are good. If you want to pick only one brush from the collection I will suggest to pick a face one numbered between 01 -04 (I am also eyeing those :D). Recommended!
