L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 Anti-Aging Cream Review

Hello Everyone,

I hope you all enjoyed my review on the amazing sunscreen for dry skin from L’Oreal and today I have another L’Oreal skin care product to share with you. I have never been tempted to try skin care products from a Cosmetic brand but am quite surprised to find good performing products from L’Oreal and loving the way they are working on my skin.

I must have reviewed the Anti Ageing Serum before the cream but I keep discontinuing it and now I feel it will be perfect for summers so today I have this cream from L’oreal Paris, L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 Anti-Aging Cream.

L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 Anti Ageing Cream

Product Claims:

  • Product benefits: Hyaluronic Acid and 3% Proxylane combine to give your skin the X3 advantage. – Re-Plumps: Restores Elasticity – Re-Firms: Reduces Fine Lines – Refines: Revitalizes Skin Texture
  • Application: Apply every morning and/or evening on your freshly cleansed face and neck. Massage for better absorption.
  • Innovation: The cream is concentrated in 3% Pro-Xylane combined with Adenosine and LHA, to refine skin texture and replump skin like a new skin quality.

Packaging: L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 Anti-Aging Cream comes in a gorgeous wine red colored glass tub type packaging. The jar is quite heavy and looks luxurious with its dark blue metallic lid. The packaging looks pretty in dresser but the usual issues of hygiene and travel are inherited with jar packaging.  The opening is secured with a plastic lid that prevents cream from getting all over the cap.

My Experience with L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 Anti-Aging Cream:

L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Anti Ageing Cream

L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 Anti-Aging Cream is a peachy-yellow colored cream with an emolient texture that applies easily. It has light weight formula opposed to the usual night creams which have rich creamy feel like Ponds anti age Miracle Night Cream and The Body Shop Vitamin E Night cream.  Owing to its super light formulations it doesn’t feel heavy on skin and sinks into the skin pretty fast.

It doesn’t feel greasy but leaves a slippery feel which takes some time to go and also if you roll fingers on your face you will get the cream residue rolled into tiny wicks. The cream is perfect for my dry skin in winters as it provides hydrating supple look with a dewy glow while keeping it nourished whole day.

I mostly use this L’Oreal Revitalift Laser X3 Anti Ageing Cream as a night cream but it can be used during day as well. While using it for day time use just 2-3 tiny dots on your face and blend well because if used excessively it will give a slippery feel (not greasy though).

I use it religiously everyday before going to be bed to wake up with a smoother, softer skin but I do feel that slippery something when I wash my face, which means not all of it gets under the skin. :-/

It has a mild fragrance which doesn’t bother me and fades away within seconds of application. It works wonderfully as a night cream and my facial skin looks soft, smooth and radiant.  Skin looks clearer and I noticed reduction in pore size around my nose area. It might work even better on mature skin as the results will be more obvious on deep lines and wrinkly face.

Don’t Miss to Checkout:

Pros of L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 Anti-Aging Cream :

  1. Light Weight Formula
  2. Blends easily
  3. Non Greasy Texture
  4. Nourishing for dry skin
  5. Gets absorbed quickly
  6. Did not breakout or irritate my skin
  7. Makes skin softer, smoother and brighter
  8. Minimize pores
  9. Luxurious Packaging
  10. Mild fruity fragrance

Cons of L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 Anti-Aging Cream :

  1. Leaves a slippery feel and rolls into small wicks when touched
  2. Heavy on pocket
  3. Might not work for day time on oily-combination skin in summer

Recommendation: L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 Anti-Aging Cream is light weight facial moisturiser which makes skin soft, supple and keeps it hydrated. It imparts instant glow to the skin without feeling heavy. It has improved my skin quality by reducing pores and filling in find lines around the nose and lips area. I would have given full marks if it had absorbed completely without that slippery feel but still that doesn’t bother me much as I use this as night cream. I fell in love with this and if you plan to give a good anti ageing cream to your mom this could make a perfect gift. Highly Recommended!

I’m using the Loreal white perfect night cream since a few weeks and loving it. This one looks equally good though I feel it will be slightly richer for my combination skin. Nice review Poonam 🙂

    • poonamJanuary 13, 2015 at 10:42 PM - Reply

I haven’t tried the L’Oreal White perfect range but I got my hands on the day creams yesterday so will start using them pretty soon! 🙂

Yeah it is mainly good for dry skin and in winters.. for combination skin the slippery feel will get heavy and will ruin the experience for you! 😛

    hi… love your blog…
i have been using this cream for past few months.. and i just realised it doesn’t contain retinol… (duh! that’s what happens when you don’t read the labels properly)
i used it at night after L’Oreal Paris Revitalift Anti-Ageing + Firming Aqua Milky Toner..
that should pretty much cover my needs for retinol, right? 🙂

    • poonamOctober 9, 2015 at 11:07 AM - Reply

Milky toner definitely has retinol in it.. Ahh.. If the cream also has Retinol it might would have fastened up the process but still a good combo 🙂
      Yupp.. I feel so..!!
