The packaging is similar to the Lakme Absolute Skin firming range but with a different color combination. The tub is housed in a box which has all the details of the product.
My experience with Lakme Absolute Skin Gloss Overnight Mask:-
Lakme Absolute Skin Gloss Overnight Mask is a creamy white colored gel with medium-thin consistency. It has a watery feel to it and goes absolutely clear on application. Similar to the Gel Crème it gives a mild cooling sensation as it gets absorbed into the skin.
It has a light weight formula and silky smooth non-sticky, non-greasy texture that applies evenly and blends beautifully into the skin. It gets absorbed quickly into the skin but not completely as I can feel some part o it still sitting on the top of the skin even after massaging it. It doesn’t feel heavy or sticky but do make my skin feel sweaty. I guess this is where its mask like properties comes into play.
The overnight mask has a strong musky fragrance like that of an after shave which does take a while to fade off.
Results: As claimed, Lakme Absolute Skin Gloss Overnight Mask is definitely hydrating to my dry skin which instantly plumps up with its cooling sensation and quick absorbing gel formula. It adds a lustrous shine to the skin but the sweaty feel doesn’t make it a great option for summers. It is slightly heavier and more nourishing than the Gel Crème so use it moderation as excess of it could give you a shiny/sweaty face. It makes my skin smoother and softer the next day but the results are short-lived.
