Today, I will be sharing my list of Best Body Scrubs in India. The most important thing to maintain a healthy skin is “Exfoliaton”. Exfoliation or scrubbing buffs away dead skin cells which helps us get rid of clogged pores. It also increases the blood flow in the are which brings a healthy glow to the skin.

I do follow a regular facial exfoliation routine, usually 2-3 times a week but along with that I also give the same priority to my body and scrub it at least once a week. Scrubbing bring the best of the skin and makes it smooth and glowy.

You can also go for homemade body scrubs which you can prepare mixing wheat bran with honey and curd or use gram flour with milk but if you do not have time to prepare it then you can buy the ready made ones which you can pick according to your requirements like a mild exfoliator or a scrub for dry skin or alike.

Other scrubs that needs a mention here are Everyuth Exfoliating Walnut Scrub (120 for 100gm) which is the first scrub I have ever used for face but it also makes an excellent body scrub at affordable price and Lotus Herbals Body Polishers seems to be discontinued now but they were one of the first body exfoliators, I have come across in India.
