Five yoga poses for Pimples:
Stand directly with your hands in the hips and do breathe in. During breathe out bend your hip slowly and put your hand adjacent to your feet. Broaden your torso ahead and make sure the fold comes from hip. Release your tailbone that moves to the first pose.
Extend your feet and lift your hands with palms facing ceiling. Put your left foot in 45 degree and right foot in 90 degree position. Extend your right thigh, twist your body and breathe out. Now, touch your right feet with the left hand and touch left feet with right hand. Remain in the position for one minute.
It is a breathing exercise and important point is the breathing speed. You should try this for few minutes. It removes carbon dioxide from your body and cleanses the blood.
- Viparita Karani
In this pose your body in the floor and legs on the wall. Extend your arms on both sides with palms facing ceiling. Close your eyes and go to deep breath for few minutes. Remain in the pose for 10 minutes, and slowly move your back on the floor with your legs coming down slowly.
- Pavan Muktasana
Lie down straight with your back on the floor and face in upward position. Ensure your palms touching the ground close to your thighs. Lift your legs slowly till it touches knees and move towards chest. Grip your left knee in right hand and right knee in left hand. Bend your back and place the chin between the knees. Remain in the position for 5 minutes.
Yoga poses for dark circles
In this position stand straight with your legs wider. Move your hands forward and upwards and forwards. This stretches your spine. Now, bend slowly and ensure your palms in the floor, head touching the knees. Breathe in and out; remain in the position for few minutes.
- Sambhavi mudra
The pose requires you to sit on the floor. Place your palms on the thighs in equal distance. This will ensure equal distribution of energy. Slowly turn your eye-balls to the center of the eye brows and start breathing. Remain in the position for 5 to 6 counts.
In this pose sit in vajrasana, fold your knees, and place your hips on the heels. Now, start breathing slowly and release quickly. Remain in the position for 60 seconds and release.
- Parvatasana pose
For this pose only your hands and feet are to touch the ground as shown in below picture. You can hold this pose for around 2-3 minutes with normal breathe.
- Shavasana pose
This pose not only marks the end of yoga but is also helpful for removing dark circles and helps in getting a glowing skin.
